At one point in human history, a regime of pagan nomads seized control of Byzantium. Their young leader took the name Solomon, invoking the ancient king as he sought to adopt local customs and rule as a wise man. Locals and foreigners alike came to revere Solomon for ending the empire’s internal turmoil, renewing communal life through festivals of song and dance. Yet his greatest achievement was said to be the subjugation of demons through a mythical grimoire known as the Lemegeton. Thus, when Lucifer began to appear at Solomon’s side, the populace assumed they were merely another addition to the king’s growing collection of supernatural beings.

Solomon is the third and last avatar of the Child of God.
