It was believed that Beliar had fallen even before the world was vitalized because of their inablity to adapt the third pair of wings. Despite claiming to be a kindred friend of Lucifer, they have been showing extreme jealousy against this younger sibling and obstructing their plans ceaselessly with trickery. Although Beliar often presented themselves as theatrical, capricious, and indolent, core members of Pandemonium can attest that, to ascend to the status of Satan, Beliar had fought and defeated every other 71 fiends one by one with their unparalleled arcane talent.
